Returns & Refunds Policy

1. Right of Return
You have the right to return your order within 30 days of the delivery date, with no justification required.

2. Product Condition
The item must be returned in its original condition unworn and free of any signs of use, with all accessories and original packaging, and must not have been customised or altered in any way.

3. How to Start a Return
Send an email to support@heightstride.com with the subject line "Return – Order #[your order number]", include your reason for returning, and we'll reply within 24–48 hours with shipping instructions.

4. Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases of a defective product or an error on our part, in which case HeightStride will cover the full cost.

5. Refunds
Once the returned item has been received and inspected, we will process your refund within 5–10 business days to the original payment method used.

6. Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, contact us at support@heightstride.com and we will resolve it at no cost to you.
